By far the best renovation experience we’ve had! Andy renovated our basement bathroom (see before and after photos) and installed a sauna. Working with Andy was exceptional. He was clear and easy to talk to, he gave an estimate of time and cost which was exactly how long it took and how much it cost, and was very reasonable. He was very careful and accommodating of our needs, explained everything we asked about, worked very cleanly, was always communicative and responsive, never disappeared or failed to respond to calls (a chronic problem with many contractors), helped us with a few extra things he didn’t have to help with, and, of course, the work itself came out wonderful. Very very highly recommend!

Andy is the best contractor I've worked with - timely, reliable, detail-oriented and very reasonably priced for high-quality work. I couldn't be happier with the results. He communicates the exact right amount of information, too. I always knew what was going on through daily walk-throughs. At the same time he only consulted me on decisions where appropriate, so I didn't feel like I was managing the work as much as with some other contractors. Jist one example - early in the process of installing a sauna he noticed the wall slats didn't align perfectly. The next day, he removed and rehung them so they would. Just an all around great experience. Strongly recommend Redefined Renovation!

Andy and his team are the best contractor we have worked with, and we have worked with several in the past decade or so. Several years ago we did a bathroom renovation that ended up being a disaster that started with a visible leak on the ceiling below to standing water and black mold discovered when Andy opened up the floor. He was very thorough explaining what was the cause of the problem as well as what the resulting solution would be. His quote was extremely competitive as well as his time estimate. We've had contractors say "this will take a month" where in reality it'd take two to three. Andy nailed the time estimate. During the process, he checked in with us at the end of every day, explaining the work that was done and why, as well as the work planned for the next day(s). He was adaptable and found great solutions for us when we had original plans that could not be done. Even when the work was completed and we found small little things that were sort of not right, Andy came back and made sure we were 100% happy with everything, even after he received full payments. Several contractors have ghosted us after they'd received their final payments. He even had someone come and professionally clean the renovated bathroom AND the bedroom that had accumulated dust during the renovation. On top of that, Andy was respectful of not just us, but our home as well. He's extremely personable and is a fun guy to banter with. We've recommended him to other friends and he is our #1 guy for any work we have planned in the future.

Andy and his team are phenomenal and can't recommend them enough. They did a bathroom renovation for us which included demolishing the old bathroom all the way to the studs, reframing walls, re-routing electrical and plumbing, installing new walls, subfloors and waterproofing, tiling, painting, and installing all the hardware. They built a vestibule to keep the work area very clean, and were very respectful of our family. I observed Andy to be very detail oriented - typically 80% of the work is done with 20% effort and the remaining 20% of the work takes 80% of the time - Andy made sure he completed all the work, the finishes, the connections, everything all the way to the end without cutting any corners. Talking to him, I realized that he learned a lot of tricks and techniques to deal with the most challenging situation. His team did all the carpentry, electrical and plumbing work, so when there was something unexpected, they could be very agile and solve it very quickly. I also very much appreciated Andy's "yes and" mentality - he is very solution oriented and any time he gets a curve ball, he solves it. Andy and his team are very skilled, have the right mindset with great manners and work ethic. They are the contractors that you always wished you'd have but couldn't believe you could get. I won't look elsewhere for other projects in my home and neither should you.
